As Mike already said further up in this thread, Mods don't have access to change this piece of data. That piece can only be changed by the owner (or someone who knows the owner's password) or someone with Admin level access.

Nope. I don't think even an admin can do that. Not without going outside the forum software and digging through the databases directly. Not something anybody is going to be doing without being hit with a court order first. UNIX DBs are not what you would call user friendly.
