bg = ?? these are the assy plant codes, no BG look again
101107 = Fisher Body Unit #
bdy = Body
tr = Trim
701 = Black Pinta CTO Fabric, Black Coated Fabric
a52 = Bench seat
43 43 = lower/upper paint = Gulf Green
01a = Build Date of January, 1st week
0427 = assy plant code not decodable

3970020 = I don't know
13b569213 = partial vin of car engine originally installe in. IF it is the original engine then the 569213 would match the last 6 digits of the VIN on your car.
