It probably does'nt matter, but the 1971 Chevelle SS454 window sticker, may have been, worded slightly different ....... Don.

 

I thought all Z-15(454) 4 spd cars were M-22? According to that it has a M-21,can an expert chime in here.

Yeah, that's who I used. It came out great except for me being an idiot and forgeting to list Power Steering (DUH!). I probably have another one done at some point, but very pleased with the results.

 

There are things in the lower options section that don't jive with things in the numbered boxes above.
There are so many items that don't make sense, it just has to be made up by someone that doesn't know what the codes should be to match from top to bottom section.
I won't say anything more, as it may teach a forger.
