Hi Jesse, we're a pretty loose bunch, all in good fun. To your original post, I was serious about you finding someone to help you rewire your car. If you have to farm it out to a shop (assuming you can find one), it's gonna get real spendy.

I bet the Vega in the photo had rotted A-pillars. GM shipped them that way.

I contacted one shop and they couldn't give me a quote because they can't without starting the project.. They did say their shop charges 65 and hour.. I know it was a long shop but I didn't know if anyone knew someone or has done this themselves. I will start after the holidays and after my new born son gets settled in and my wife is okay with me sneaking away!!!:beers:

In all honesty, if you can hook up a DVD player you can rewire your car with one of the forum vendor's kits. The instructions are all pretty darn good with color coded layouts and pre-cut and tagged ends and most vendors have pretty decent tech help if you get stuck. Unless you just dont want to do it, there is no reason you couldnt do it yourself and not only gain the experience and knowledge from it but you get to say that you rewired you car yourself and can someday help out some other guy that posts a thread about rewiring their car with minimal responses lol.
