You would need a set with 15 teeth drive gear (brown/grey) and 45 tooth driven gear (lt blue) and it's going to be off about 5%, worse if you have a lot of transmission slippage. You need the p/n 2551239 driven gear sleeve.

As an alternate, you can use the reducer and have a better set of gears to choose from. Pricey to be sure.

You're going to need to know what gears you have currently. There is only 1 bolt holding the retainer for the speedo gear carrier and it just pulls out. As an alternate, you can spin the driveshaft and count the revolutions of the speedo gear BUT, you're going to need a way to get a pretty good degree of precision. Maybe spin the driveshaft 3 full turns and count the number of turns on the speedo gear.

A better way is to drive the car for, say, ten miles measured by GPS or by another car with a known good odometer.

The difference between the actual ten miles and your odometer reading will give you the ratio adapter you need.

Call Steve at Speedometer Service Company 918 584-7698 and talk to him. He is very helpful.

Reasonable price and fast service.
