Hi,
on my 1967 malibu i currently have tires sized 225 /70/15

can i go up to the size of 235/60/15 or 235/70/15
the car has 15x7 rally wheels on it.
stock suspension and drive train
has anyone used those combinations without any rubbing issues.

225/70-15 is 27.4” diameter tire
235/60-15 is 26.1
235/70-15 is 27.95

these will easily fit on the 7”rim. Can’t imagine any rubbing issues, but wait for others to reply for a 67.

I have 235/70/15's on 15x7 rally wheels on my 65 and they have room to spare.

I have 275/ 45 18 on my '67 El Camino. You should be able to put those tires on with no problems.
