If you are a parapalegic that drinks. And you are at the bar and get above the legal limit for a DUI. Can you get pulled over and given a DUI for rolling from the bar to the bathroom? How about if you are drunk and at a table, roll up to the bar for a beer and roll back to your table? Is that an open container and a DUI?

I think you would be ok, but try to avoid rolling out to your pimped out handicap prepped van with hand controls and a ramp. Then you might get into trouble.

Used to know a fella with a van rigged up like that. it was really an amazing setup.
