TH350 Problem HELP!!

I was driving home tonight (my only transportation) and i was going about 40mph just cruising in drive when i feel the car slow down big time and i hear what sounds like a blower whine. I put the car in neutral and cost for a little while. About 1/2 mile from home, i put it back into drive and it seems ok start to slowly accellerate and when i was going about 35mph it did it again. It tried this about 3 more times all with the same outcome.

Please HELP!! i don't know much about automatic transmissions and need your help

Sounds like the front pump or the converter going out. Does your trans leak? Constantly running low on fluid will do this. I found out the hard way, was the converter in my case.

Not low on fluid and does not leak.
