Ok' I think we are ready to prime with a primer surfacer. we have everything sanded, the bare spots we used an etching primer.
My question is do we need to use the the primer/surfacer over the new pieces with the black ept coating? I'm thinking about just shooting where we need to finish sand ,then shoot a sealer over everything and wet sand to get ready for the finish color.
Also I don't have a great spray gun, thinking thatI have to sand down everything anyway whyspend alot of money. I'm going to have a pro do the bc/cc.
Any pointers?

The black EPT coating needs to be sanded, almost every panel that I've seen has runs and dirt in it. A lot of places that you sand will go through the EPT and will need to be primed. Make sure you sand and block it smooth or you will see ripples from the stamping process.
