Well it took me four hours to pick them up. left at around noon and just got back. Thanks go to the President making a trip out here. but I got the wiring harnesses from M&H. then I went to OPG and picked up a rear lamp and console harness.

I also picked up a junction block from OPG as well for 5 bux.

Oh and a Assembly manual. i plan to study that tonight at work. Unfortunately I can't start working on it till tommorow.

Hey data, if you went from Hollywood to Santa Fe Springs and then OC, how did Bush's trip stack you up? You shouldn't have had to go to the westside at all. It's the lousy I-5 you need to blame, unless you took the 405 back from OC. Anyway, four hours ain't all that bad for that trip!

I had to borrow a friends truck that works in Westwood. Trust me, I was there. Marine One and his decoy flew right over my head when I was by the VA. It was kinda cool. ha it took me over an hour to get from the 405 exit on Wilshire to Sawtelle. So rediculous.

Anyways, I hope you are right. Just with all the time spent on this car and what I have uncovered... I am fearful that when I get the electrical dialed in and reinstalled and the timing where it needs to be... I am going to find something else in need of a major overhaul.

It will quite likely happen, at least for awhile. That is why my El Camino has a new motor, and new axles/bearings, and seals in the tranny, and and and...
