There really is not a lot in a trans that can cause a vibration like that. Did you put a new clutch in at the same itme ? U-joints ? Those things would be more suspect in my mind. Does it do it at the same speed but in third gear ? If so, it is probably something behind the trans, like driveshaft or tires out of balance.

just 4 gear at above 3500 rpms is there a ways to things look for diffent causes by example like put the trans in n then rev it up to ect,. give me some seneros thanks.

turn the drive shaft half way leave the yoke putt right. why would that work
I really don't know, has to do with balance??? but I have had it work to get rid of a vibration. Normally it would be when reinstalling the dr shaft with the same trans. But I have also had the same results after installing a new trans.:)
Yes, just unbolt ir from the rear end and rotate it 1/2 a turn. Can't hurt!:)
Another thought, did you replace the trans mount? The new one may be too tall and that too can cause a vibration.:yes:
