THanks for the info. Did you mount the dryer on the left or right side of the radiator? I think Vintage lines are bent for it to go on the right side.

I'm going to be running a March pulley kit that is going to move the compressor to the left side of the engine bay. Not sure that really matters though. I could order the March kit that has the compressor sticking way up on the right side, but I prefer the compact look of this one.

I doubt there will be issues with the box, they have been shipping those units for some time now. I called back last summer and talked with Frank @ Prodigy and he was raving how awesome the unit worked. The only catch was they did not have the dash panel at the time. Looks like they have it all competed now though. Be sure to give a full review, as I might have to get rid of the evaporator box I have and order this one. :)
I'm running the largest condenser I can fit up front-- about 4" larger than the one provided with the Sure-Fit in both width and length and I've moved the receiver/dryer over to the inner fender just behind the passenger side headlamp. I had to move and remake everything up front when I cut the radiator support up for the intercooler, so I made my own hoses at that time and moved the receiver dryer out of the way so I could partially hide it.

Just for fun tonight I tossed the dash back in to verify fit. Don't mind the missing kick panel, AC vents, or stereo... I took the dash right back out to start building the harness. Looks like I will end up using 28 pins on the 2 each 15 pin connectors I purchased, but it will sure make removal of the dash easier in the future-- 2 big plugs and it's ready to remove, no more fumbling around under the dash while laying on the floor disconnecting 20+ individual light bulb sockets & connectors!

Well Jason... if you had bothered to go to work today... or even bothered to login... I would have told you that I have some nice 1/8" black ABS sitting in the my garage and could be persuaded to share. Otherwise you could make the trip down I80 to CA-160 to Commerce Circle where you could find Interstate Plastics and get your very own sheet of whatever you want. Of course you *would* have to buy a 4x8 foot sheet :D

BTW what did Summit have to say?

***Shameless thread jacking*** I have no cube at work, they are shrinking the cubes. I'm homeless.

Order was fixed last night..... parts should have shipped.. but didn't.... AGAIN! ARGHHHH. They show shipped as of today, but I don't believe it till I see tracking #"s. Third time Summit has screwed this order up..... a $300 exchange turned into $1400 purchase...lol

This was not fun...

...but at least it will be easy to work on in the future. Unfortunately now I have to build the matching harness and connectors to tie back in to the vehicle wiring.
