I'm thinking of bidding on a Qjet carb on Ebay, rebuilding it, and shipping it to Kevin Barry to see if I can build one that will work for him. What I need to know is, on a 70 402, does the fuel line connection face the front of the engine compartment, or does it face the passenger's side like a small block? Also, does the 402 use a manifold heater for the choke?
Need answers quick, as of now, there's only 20 hours left to bid on this carb.

It is a side inlet with divorced choke (heated coil spring that sits on intake manifold). HTH
