Took the day off work today and my friend Gordon came by and helped me set the engine/trans in the chassis (Thanks Gordon!!!). Just as we had finished up the engine/trans install, the FedEx truck pulled up with my new headers. I would like to say that I'm VERY impressed with the quality, fit and craftsmanship of these Lemon's headers  The headers did not interfere with ANYTHING (oil filter, frame, spark plug looms, etc...). The spark plug access is also excellent with these headers. No special wrenches/sockets needed. Every plug can be reached with a regular plug socket and extension! As you can see from the pictures two tubes on each side go over the frame rail, so I will have to do some minor trimming of the inner fender wells. A small price to pay for the benefits these headers offer.
I am going to run into one problem, however. I'm running a 3.5" pipe/muffler system on this setup and I don't think I'm going to have enough clearance around the stock cross member (trans mount). Lemons makes a chromoly mount that adds about 3" of clearance for the pipes/mufflers. I will probably have to pony up the funds and purchase one since I don't have the wherewithall to build one myself.
This weekend I'll fab up the exhaust system, then pull the entire system and take it to the powder coaters.
This thing is starting to look menacing
Below are some pics of the progress made today.
