Is the front speaker bracket same thru the 68-72, unique to '69? other? Thanks,

NOt sure about that in particular, but if you are looking at a set of Stereo brackets they are different depending on whether or not you have an SS. I have a set of 70' non-ss stereo brackets someplace if it's what you need.

Thanks for response. Was trying to get straight on the '69 specific. I got a bracket that was supposedly out of a '68 (but I have no way of even knowing if THAT is correct), but it doesn't seem to hold speaker in right position for a '69. Thanks again.

69 is different than 70 as the dsashes are very different, not sure about 68 though.

That bracket is specific to 68 and 69 cars.
