Is there a return spring on the clutch pedal under the dash or does it just rely on the return spring on the zbar assembly? I'm still waiting on my zbar rebuild kit to install so I haven't really gotten that far. I also saw a video with some one stuffing washers (like 6) in on one end of the zbar tube...Is that necessary usually?

Thanks Brian. That’s perfect. I did a search but came up empty. Thank you very much.

I was talking with my wife about the trans last night and I realized I haven’t driven a 4speed muscle car since 1979. I’ve driven standard trucks etc but not any muscle cars. This is gonna be a treat as long as my old joints hold up. 😂

Everything worked out perfectly. I’m now a clutch pushing gear jamming crazy man. 🤣. I’d forgotten how much I love driving a 4 speed muscle car. Even at 65 years old it’s great.
I found this deal on Craigslist for 1500$. I thought it was a scam and almost didn’t call. I tossed it in my truck and paid the man and skedaddled before the cops came. lol. I felt like I stole it. Everything worked out great and I can’t wipe that smile off my face when driving it👍👍
