I have a 383 that I am putting a cheater plate kit on and need help tuning. I live in the East Bay California.

The east bay are and wolfplace`s area are hours apart. I`m 3 hours away from him and I`m closer than the east bay. East bay is below or east of SF depending on what town your in.
