years ago me and the misses were heading for the rocks, we were young and stupid and making some mistakes.

we always said we would run down to the Florida keys some day. well we did. we packed up caught a flight into ft Lauderdale and drove to key west.

21 years later we still make a run down to the keys at least once or twice a year.

happy anniversary to the misses, I love ya.. ( in case she reads this )

what happens in key west stays in key west ..

to be honest we sat back and re evaluated our live and jobs that were killing us.. made new priorities to enjoy life instead of trying to make somebody else rich.

life is simple now and even more profitable. funny how it works.

wait was that when you decided to professionally make liquor? cause i'll tell ya that always changes my priorities.

seriously glad ya'll worked it out. if that was me and my exwife with that amount of water around I don't think it would have ended the same way.

Did you do any snorkeling?
Funny how a little R and R gives a new perspective, eh?

Im a certified diver, always try to get some dive time in.

I was in the keys on vacation when my present employer contacted me and offered me a job in the brewing/ distilling industry. It was a giant leap of faith to go from a giant fortune 500 company to a small start up with only 38 people.

Now we have almost 300 and are the 13 biggest brewery in the US.

Best time to be in Key West is during Pirate's Week!!! ARGH... ;)
I like flying into Miami and make the 4hr drive down...then leave the car there and flying back home from KW.

Just got home last night from a week in the Bahamas. Perfect weather...

Two years ago went to Key West for St Paddy's day. Did the pub crawl with a group of eight family members and had a great time. Took the ferry from Ft Meyes. Good way to go. Only 3 hours so way quicker than driving and then don't have to worry about having a car there which isn't needed once in Key West.
