but more AG lost everything that was cool about the original.
Kinda like Smokey & the Bandit original was great but 2 & 3 were awful.[/QUOTE]

I seen 2 and 3 while in Iraq...I would rather watch sand blow than to watch those again. I can't believe any self respecting actor or actress would want to play in that movie after reading the script.

I gotta agree with you on Michelle and Fran but Newbomb's Pie Wagon was a Sedan Delivery and not a Nomad. ;) I don't know why people see a Tri-5 wagon and just assume it's a Nomad just because it has 2 doors. I don't mean to be pi$$y but it's a real sore spot with us Tri-5 people. If I ever get to own my dream car 55 Sedan Delivery and somebody calls it a Nomad I'm not sure how I'll react. I'll probably just laugh it off and try to educate them but a part of me will want to smack em. :D

Hollywood Knights is one of my all time favorites :hurray:

Hot Rod (nothing beats a hemi willys) is another favorite.

American Graffitti was great also.

"I agree that Two Lane Blacktop and American Graffitti are better. Heck, I even like More American Graiffiti!!!"
lol, M.A.G is the biggest waste of celluloid and 90 minutes of your time right up until "the jerk II" ..."american grafitti" is a true, must see, classic, ("I ain't nobody, dork")..i cant believe they were both made by the same person. but, for cars, babes and laughs "hollywood knights" rules...a young michelle phiefer in short, shorts (which alone cancels out all of tony danza's appearance) and a not so totally annoying fran drescher, the surfer girls and cars, cars from a way hot volkswagon to the "pie wagon" nomad and everything in between.

btw, if you have a blockbuster near you, their new total access is a way too smokin deal, they send you one, two or three movies (depending on your level) and instead of dropping them in the mail you just take them to the store and trade them in for three others from the store to watch while you wait for the next three to arrive in the mail...plus you get one freebie every week and your store bonus still racks up....all for 10 to 17 bucks a month, even at 17, thats barely three in-store rentals alone, i probably had at least (conservative estimate) 25 movies to watch (i didnt even see alot of them, i just got them and copied them to my hard drive and then traded them in) for my 17 bucks last month

Hey Mac, I wanted the El Camino ever since I saw the one in Hollywood Knights when I was a kid. Great movie, I was thrilled when I finally found it on DVD after all these years.

While American Graffiti has some good scenes and is a classic, overall it's a little too boring for me, NOTHING like Hollywood Knights. Tubby's baby!

"We were talking... and they knocked my pants off".

The Credits show "Hollywood Knights" performed by Brooklyn Dreams.

Michelle was looking beautiful.

That's the first time I've seen the entire movie on TV. Now I will buy the DVD so I can see what I missed. Good movie for laughs and watching cars.

If it was shown on THE COMEDY CHANNEL they could have left everything original. I was watching a comedian on there last night and he was saying everything under the sun.

Bill,
I'm with you..MICHELLE PFEIFFER is hot. I told my wife that the day Michelle walks in my living room, we are getting a divorce. My wife said, "no luck in that for me."

I'm not familar with the beer in the short round bottles. All I can think of is Olympia. Does anyone know what this is in this movie. I can't believe how good aluminum slots look to me again. That's what my Chevelle had when I bought it 21 years ago.
