Ok Guys i need a bit of help finding a part. (simply because i dont know the name of it!)

Here is a pic. It came out of my 12 bolt rear end and i only need one. The other three are in good shape but this one definitly needs to be replaced can anyone help? Its the only thing stoping me from putting the rearend back together and in the car! the faster i can find it the better so i can reseal the rearend!

That's a wear plate for the clutches in the Eaton Posi. I've got a pile of them left over from rebuilds.
