Then scratch what you have in your 'cart'. It may cost a little more but will save you money AND aggravation in the end. Look more towards THESE items...I'd rather just go straight to upgrading everything I want my 350 to run strong and healthy

i disagree- if a radiator fits and keeps it cool, it's "good enough".. my 400 (or so) hp Nova was kept cool by a very used and kind of crusty looking 2 core radiator i took out or a 69 Nova with a 6 cylinder. i didn't even have a fan shroud on it for the first year i had that motor in it.You really need to get the one for your car. The radiator is NOT one of thise things that 'close enough' is good enough.:noway:
the intake is fine- i'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that those bolts were the cheapest ones they had at the hardware store and the bolt probably broke with 20ft lbs of torque on it- i've seen a LOT of bolts that say "RUSSELL" on the heads break just like that with almost no torque on them. i've broken a few of them with nothing more than my 9/16" wrench. throw them in the garbage and replace them with some real grade 5's of the proper length and it will be good.I haven't read this post in detail but if you have tightened bolts enough to break them I'd bet you warped that nice intake. Read everything you can search here and/or Google first before you get started. Autozone will loan you a torque wrench... Good Luck
