IM building motor for my 64 ,454 block bored .60 crank is a 4.250, rods are 6.385 Way i seen it at KB website i need a kb787 .060 but cant find the pistons in Probe or TRW or Speed pro or srp any help thanks ray

that's the standard run of the mill 489-496 piston. shouldn't be any problem?

Remember, you HAVE to cc your heads and then match headgasket thickness to the quench number so that you end up w/ your wanted CR.

For a rough example, and as always depending, a flat-top pistoned 454 w/ -781 open chambered head's on it will be down around 8 to 1. Install an old set of -206 closed chambered head's and you will be up a tad over 9 to 1.
