Brand new to the group. Just added a 67 Chevelle to my garage. Issue-it's a Post car, which I love, it has a 396 Hood, front side emblems and of course a 396 Motor, TCI Tranny, 12 Bolt. The back quarters have the holes for Super Sport, however I am reluctant to put that on the car. Of course, I will have to fill the holes and repaint the quarters. For the price, bought a great car. Other things, 65 Impala floor console, looks good but I know it isn't right. I have 3 options, make it what a post Super Sport would have looked like, take it back to 300 Deluxe or make it how I want it. I would like to hear all comments, my reason for buying it was to save another Chevelle from the boneyard, and because my 71 Camaro looked lonely....Thanks for any suggestions you all my have!

Welcome to TC, Rod!

Thank you for saving another car from the boneyard.:beers:

To me, a post SS would be pretty cool, but it's your car. Do what you want to it. If you like it, that is all that matters.:)
