a buddy of mine built a 540 with the FAST setup on his, not sure all the specs of the motor, but drives like a dream, took it to the track, and on 93 octane and leaving it in drive(it was setup to shift at 6K) he ran a 10.50 (no roll bar) he had 275 60 drag radials on it, but hooked pretty good, but he wasnt hammering it-it was pretty impressive
i would imagine he could hit high 9's, but he has no plans for a roll bar

Normally, yes the SPI SS gloss black will flow out like that. Bad part for me was I waited too long before I sprayed it, outside temp was too hot and the 'orangies' got me. Knocked out all the bugs with 1000 then to 1200/1500 and buffed.

Why 305, especially with 250 HP shot?

Street motor. I was torn about getting the larger heads for street use. I trusted Cstraub's recommendation here. I think with either head, traction is gonna be a problem.

On another note.....I doubt I will spray it. Just had it sitting around and though it might be cool to throw on a little fun factor.
