Ever since I seen Dan tell a customer how HE wanted to do the guys car and the owner NOT wanting it done that way and Dan did it anyway then the owner didn't like what was done or the extra $$$$ he said to STOP working on the car, Dan made a phone call to get another guy to buy the car so he could finish it HIS way, haven't watched since and refuse to ever watch someone like that again
Had to be the Mustang.

They made the ugliest Chevelle that I have ever seen. A white and red '68.

That is awful. Whoever made the creative decisions on that car doesn’t have any taste. That may or may not have been the builders fault, it just highlights the need for the person writing the checks to keep a close eye on what the builder is up to. If it was built in accordance to the customers vision, as a shop I’d try and keep my name from being associated with it.

IIRC it was a mustang but I'm not 100% sure

After all of that, you should redeem yourself and post a link to the episode for us.

I do remember it was a mustang but I'm lucky my 1 typing figure holds up much less know how to add links, I'm not very good with computerized stuff but learning how to add links is on my to do list, my apologizes

I think these shows are aimed are everyone except us car guys and gals. Drama and BS timelines equal ratings I guess?? I remember watching American Hot Rod on mute because I wanted to vomit listening to those guys go back and forth but I enjoyed seeing the fab work, paint and the end result. Same way with that Chip Foose show. Now days, I enjoy Roadkill and Roadkill Garage.

you ever see the Ringling Brothers 66
It's RING Brothers and yes I saw it (The "Recoil" Chevelle) up close and personal at the recent NOCC Chevelle show. It was displayed in the ballroom of the host hotel. It has an incredible amount of engineering and custom fabrication, all to perfection. But the design had some elements I wasn't real fond of.

was it more ugly then the 68 Kin Dig Chevelle. I could care less how much work went into it. the end result is ugly. if they didn't like the look of a Chevelle they should have started with something they liked. or start from scratch
