Converting to power disc

Sort of hoping some of the team members have made this swap and can clue me in on any problems I may be not thinking about.

Want to convert from manual drum brakes to power disc in the rear. Can you do that or must the fronts be swapped at the same time. I read the disc brake sticky and a few other threads and understand a little about the tall spindle pros and cons.

I am considering either the this CPP kit http://www.classicperform.com/Store/1964_1972_Chevelle_Elcamino/6872CBKS.htm

Or the stainless steel brake companys version.

Anyone offer any tips ? Is it pretty straight forward. Will anything additional need to be changed ? Thanks in advance

I used the CPP kit on my 64 Chevelle but did it with the 2" drop spindles and I didn't have any problems other then the distribution block coming of the master cylinder hitting the inner fender well, it was straight forward with no issues. They work great, I also got the cross drilled rotors. Good luck.
