Just want to let you all know the positive experience i had with Brad Fanshaw, and Charlotte at BONSPEED Wheels. I had a deal go extremely south for no reason. I called Brad and explained my situation as my retailer wasn't getting it done for me time wise, or showing any interest in getting me my wheels at all. They had my money and I felt I wasn't going to get my wheels.... Build held up every nightmare you can imagine. He helped me with tireless personal attention called me several times and did a huge amount he wasn't required to on his end. Thanks to his effort , My wheels are now in route to my home. He thanked me for my interest in his brand and told me if I needed anything at all at any time to let him know. Im not going to go into all the details just wanted to let you know if you take customer service into account then put BONSPEED at the top of your list. Made me one happy guy after a bad deal I couldn't help.:hurray:

That is almost unheard of when the owner of a company puts the bottom line to the side and takes care of one of his dealers customers.

I'm sure that this experience means more to you than most or all of the build so far.

Thanks for the nice note, but I just want anyone to know that if you ever have an issue with an authorized bonspeed dealer we want to be made aware.

It should never take more than 8 weeks to get your wheels and the average is 6 weeks for a custom wheel. If you have an issue you are always welcome to contact us direct and we will do what ever we can to assist with your order. Understand that under some extreme circumstances things can happen, like a production error or something is back ordered. However, we will always let you know what the status is of your order.

We appreciate your every customers order and want your experience to be a good one.

Jag X brushed centers and polished hoops. 18 x 10 and 18 x 8 with 295/40 on the rear and 245/40 on the front(Falken Azenis 615K). Coil overs all around,dropped spindles,Stage 4 CPP kit with the big brakes, etc. LS2 T56, 12 Bolt.Hoping to get it on the road in August. Im going to start a build thread soon. My grandmother was original owner bought in Oct 1970. been around ever since. :^)
