Block casting confusion

Would anyone know what the L633 is? The block is a mid 70s 454 truck block but I can't find what the L633 is anywhere.

75 truck motor, not sure it's been decked, but someone sanded the crap out of it...

Its not anything GM placed on there. Might be a rebuilders ID or something like a that.

Its does look like the deck of the block has been machined.
