I switched from stock exhaust manifolds to Hedman headers, now the stock lower alternator bracket doesn't work and I cannot reinstall the alternator.

Who makes a bracket to resolve this problem?

If it is the bracket I am thinking of (attaches with 2 manifold bolts) I remember a friend making some spacers and using the manifold bolts to attach the bracket if that makes any sense. Just a thought.

That's the bracket, Smittycoat. I'll take a look at what you described and see if I can make it work.
