I have the 134-2001 bolt kit from ARP for my small block chevy 350 intake manifold.

There were no special instructions with the packaging but I noticed I have 2 different bolt and washer styles.

Some bolts have a wider flange and a shorter head while while the others have have a have a taller head with a smaller flange.

2 different sized washers. Same inner diameter but some have a wider outer diameter.

How should these be placed?

Pretty sure the small flange and small washer go in the front 4 holes since they are so close to the water crossover.

the smaller ones might also go in the middle, next to the exhaust crossover, since some intakes don't leave a lot of room there..

then again, the Weiand 8004 intake i bought a decade or so ago came with a pair of bolts with smaller 12 point heads, which went in the front holes on each side to clear the water jacket..
