I hope Coca Cola follows suit and we get Throwback Coke.

Mexican Coke rules. I think the glass bottle has a lot to do with it too, but you can't beat real sugar. I find that HFCS has a certain tartness to it that is just not the same.
Swap out the corn syrup with real cane sugar and it's there!

Everyone around here were big Pepsi drinkers. Spent many a evening cruising the square in the 66 Goat with a 16oz bottle (glass) of Pepsi between my legs!:D

Maybe they will call it "New" Coke?:)
Hopefully the Coca-Cola execs will never attempt such a fiasco again.

We have the Mexican Coke at some of the grocery stores in the Phoenix area, but it is pretty expensive.....about a buck a bottle for a 12 oz. bottle

Try a Jones soda one day. Made with cane sugar and you can really taste the difference. The first time I had one it brought me back to my days growing up in the 60's. Soft drinks taste like crap to me now a days so I only drink beer now. :D

Only time I drink coke is with Jack. Only soda that I drink by itself is Hansens (no caffeine, no sodium, no high fructose corn syrup)

Course, they all have some kind of citric acid which is the stuff that rots out your teeth enamel and stuff but I still love Hansens sodas.

That's because there is an import tariff on cane sugar.

It's why we use corn to make ethanol and Hawaii is a state.

I was at the grocery store tonight also and didn't see it, or didn't look hard enough. I'll have to check it out next time.

Don't drink much regular soda anymore, way too much sugar for me ~ almost like syrup. I do love a good cold, grape soda though ~ mmmm!

When I was a kid, if you had an RC Cola and a moon pie, it was close to heaven. The first 16 oz soda sold in my neck of the woods was Topp Cola.
Cost 13 cents if you had an empty bottle to trade in.
