Yes, the only difference are the tracks.

 

I thought the Nova/Camaro seats were different size. They sure look different. I know the B body seats are the same as A body seats with the exception of the tracks and the back covers have a different style to them.

 

Camaro seats are very different from chevelle, but novas do not use camaro seats. 66-70 or 71 nova use the same basic seat as a chevelle year to year except for the tracks. You might want to post a pic of the seats you are talking about because someone may have put camaro seats in a nova, and later (72) nova seats are a different style than chevelle. Not sure exactly what year Nova went to the different style seats, I think it was 72, but it might have been 71.

 

In 72 Nova went to a Camaro style seat. 69-71 nova seat used the same pattern.
