Here are some photos of the 67 SS frame-off resto I've started. The more I dig, the more work I'll have to do. I'll be pretty low budget for a while, because I promised my better half I would take a 6 month break on spending money after finishing the resto on my son's 72 Monte. Only 3 months, 2 weeks, 6 days left before the bank opens back up for business (but who's counting ;>)

Thanks for sharing.. Great Pictures.. I am in the process myself and certainly know those banks are always on a different adjenda... :) Keep us posted on updates..

Yes I did. I initially only welded them on one side, but decided later to weld both sides of the floor pan patches (top & bottom). More time welding and grinding flush, but hopefully a stronger joint. It also allowed me to close up any gaps in the welds by staggering (or daisy chaining) the beads on the opposite side of the panel.
