Good deal, you need to start a build on here and tell us about it.. I still have and wear the shirt I won from you on guessing your 496 hp from 2020..

532's work well.
The street/strip one Mike Lewis built for me is north of 800hp and 700tq under 7000 rpm.
For initial shake down passes with a soft launch (1.655 sixty foot) it went 6.748 @ 106.15 in the 1/8 mile at 3800 pounds with 3.50 gears.
What are you hoping to run with it?

Looking for 9.90"s in street trim.
(I want to mess with local Hellcat owners)

Finally got some shake down passes this year 1/8th mile.
Won't hook full throttle out of the hole as of yet.
With a passive off idle launch (1.642 60 foot) it went 6.72 @ 105.01 mph and backed it up with a 6.74 @ 106.15mph (1.655 60 foot)

On that camshaft we include lift at TDC. You can degree the camshaft in using the TDC method. If the lift is what is on the card, your good to go.

Sir you will be happy with the results is Tony going to us the old nmca 525 formula and try to push this 532? His 525 were 1180 horsepower deals.

No 1100hp this go round.. My heads wont support that, hoping for 800 plus, the closer to 850 the better... There just doing the machine work on the short block.. They said yesterday it might be done by February, they are busy to say the least.. That's ok though I'm not in a hurry...

Sir wasn't there a 515 with 315 heads and same compression that was about 900 horsepower with hydraulic roller on here. I recall seeing hydraulic roller pump gas 532 in the 840 horsepower range with those heads but I could be mistake. I think your goal should be 100 horsepower higher to mid 950 horsepower range with a shop like BES.

I'd say. I'll bet TAG55 doesn't end up with a bunch of holes drilled in the counter weights of his brand new Molnar crankshaft, for balance.

Guess what TAG55? This ain't no fun without cam specs. Good looking pieces though. Good luck.
I'll share cam specs.. Here you go lift .753 .731 duration @ .050 263 271...

What's your car weigh?

I talked to Bullet cams this week about a camshaft for an 11:1 compression 565 with Brodix BB3 327's, they liked 266 276 785 795 112 lobe sep 298 311 advertised. That's a lotta lift for a street car eh?. Makes sense though, those heads are bad to the bone.

I think I'm just gonna stick that 262 272 714 714 110 lobe sep Crane I have in it though, and we'll make it around 740 750 with the rocker ratio. To keep the valve springs in it. I bet that little Crane cam will make power to 7000 rpm on the dyno, 565 with BB3 heads, with that camshaft. If I do buy a 266 276 cam for it, it ain't gonna be 790, not for the street.

I bought two sets of those BB3 327's when I got the set for the third Gen Camaro, we were gonna build a 505 for the second set, but Jeff pulled the trigger on a new Merlin block, so we're gonna do a 11:1 565, Mahle powerPak coated pistons.

That's gonna be a nice 532 combo you're doing, that's a sweet deal you went with Tony on the machine work, super cool cat, we bought a All Pro raised runner top end from Tony, good businessman, he does everything he says he's gonna do and on time. You can't do any better than that, doing business. Good move.

Sounds like a good deal for someone, but I already have .903 Morels... (y)

It should be right at 3500 when this engine goes in with me in the seat.. What's your thoughts on this Mark ? thx Gary
I was comparing it to crazy Davies setup. I hope you're going solid roller though, the hyd roller kept Davie out of the 8s, I tried to get him to go solid roller. Look forward to your results.
