Im running hedman shortys.I dont think it gets any easier than them.

I installed an HO 454.I did have oil consumption problems,but not as bad as Vinnies.I thought his was a 502,but I could be wrong.
The oil consumption problem is mostly in part due to those low tension rings they use.
I also had received bad bearings from them that went at 2500 miles,but since I havent heard any other horror stories on that,Ill assume Im the lucky one,lol.
I still say theyre good motors for a good price.
I switched out the pan in mine also(camaro),and bought GMs melonized distributor gear.
