Will this section of the rear window area be covered by a new Factory style quarter panel, or will I have to fab up some pieces for this..

This is the Left 1/4 glass area...

Thanks for any help..

If you have the glass out you can easily see where the quarter starts and stops be looking at the seems in the metal. Look for differences in thickness.
The quarter will have a seem that starts by the trunk hinge and ends almost to the roof.

The OEM quarters wrap into that glass channel, they are OEM replacement quarters. A NON Oem quarter will NOT have that channel as they dont go up that far.
The cost of a OEM replacement might be higher but the easy of installation greatly out weighs the price difference

Yea the glass is out and I can see the seam where the quarter is attached to the brace or what ever you wanna call it (SubBody). But a few of the Factory Style quarters I have seen looked like they didn't include the windowchannel area.

Do the Goodmark Full OEM-Style Quarters wrap into the window channels?? (I guess that's my real question).

If it is a GOODMARK quarter then YES. Goodmark sells oem replacement quarters just like they did back in the 70's when GM stamped.

Ive seen some dynacorn quarters that do not have the channel but also were not a full quarter, they stopped short in the sail panel.

If you are looking at goodmark quarters and they dont have the channel you are NOT looking at a full OEM replacement quarter
