I was completing installation of my clutch, brake, accelerator pedals and e-brake lever after refurbishing (everything is tight now and no side play in the clutch pedal anymore) and restoring them, and I discovered that my kick panels were originally Mist Blue.
Now I know that the car was originally Mist Blue (my favorite color) which I will be restoring in the near future--but the rest of the original interior is black.
Did Chevy actually paint over the kick panels to match or were the kick panels the exterior color in contrast to the black interior?
