For a clean install; bend new lines, cut to length, and reflare with the correct fitttings installed. But, you need to invest in a double-flare kit and a tube bender.

It's not hard to make new lines. And generally you can keep it cleaner looking by doing it yourself. Just go slow and make it look nice.
