What is AFF ?

Again, have no clue what Chevrolet was using AFF for in 1969 and 1970 and, apparently on only two Chevelle interior colors Parchment and Midnight Green in 1969 and Ivory only in 1970.

The design looks no different (to me anyway) between an 'Aff.' named color and any other color of coated fabric except for the color itself of course.

Thanks for the help
could it mean Midnight reveile cloth ON TOP of Midnight green coated fabric (vinyl) ?
:noway: All of the cloth and cloth/vinyl interiors had their own names like Rior, Ransom, Richmond, Reveille, etc. Two things, the Sales Name listed in GMs docs for 860 interior code is, "Midnight Green Reveille Cloth, Aff. Midnight Green Coated Fabric" so the cloth is in conjunction with, not on top of, the coated fabric; plus the white interior offered (858 in a 69 Impala) is Aff. Parchment Ctd. Fab. (Black Carpet, etc.) and white (parchment/ivory/etc.) was never offered in a cloth fabric.

Got me. It's part of the trim description in 69 (bench and bucket) for Parchment and Midnight Green as well as 70 for Ivory. GM had strange sales names back then like "coated fabric" for vinyl (instead of the previous Imitation Leather), and Elk Coated Fabric in 71 and 72. I've looked for the abbreviation in the GM interior charts I have but no luck.
