The 113 is in fact the heads used on the ZZ4. The other, I don't recognize.
If it's a ZZ4, the cam that came in it was the ZZ4 cam...

Of course, that's no proof of what's in it now.
People can put most any kind of rockers on most anything. Those sound like they might be the Crane Gold narrow-body ones that GM re-sells. But no doubt, one of the reasons GM chose to private-label those particular ones, is that they FIT, unlike just about any other kind. They fit down between the bolt tunnel things, which most other roller trunnions don't.
No there is no particular requirement for taller valve covers for higher ratio rockers; although, the poly-locks tend to be too tall for most stock-height ones. Most, but not all.
As far as figuring out what cam is in it, you can check the lift at the push rod end of an intake nad an exhaust rocker, and use a degree wheel to determine the timing of the various valve events. Or, take off the timing cover and sprocket, and see if there's any markings on it.
