I have a 1964 malibu with a 327 and I am interested in droping a fuel injected engine into it. Money is a consern so I was thinking of puting a 350 with the tranny out of a wrecked camero or something like that. I really have no idea what would work best in this situation. I need some pointers and if anyone out there has done something similar I would love to hear about it.

There is a pretty good book on this swapping stuff produced by "JTR" (Jags that Run). I do not have it in with me, so I cannot tell you the exact title. It is something like TPI Engine Swapping Guide. I got it from Classic Motorbooks. It is well written and worth the price.
