i always wonder if a 292 6 cyl would fit in place of a 230 or 250-is it taller, same mounts

The 292 is taller by 2" than a 230/250. This is the 292. Gotta like the 230 badges.

It is also not the same engine in the youtube dyno vids. This one has been running like this for a few years.
10 PSI comes up pretty fast and you can really feel the tq increase. Tom

It was nice to have Jeff Smith contact me looking for info. I have dynoed a couple inlines recently and wanted to get the story in print. Jeff said Car Craft wasn't ready for that right now.
