I have some home videos that I'd like to put on the computer and do my own "digital" remastering if possible. I'd then transfer it to DVD. Is there anything out there with those capabilities and programs? I've done searches on video cards and it seems ATI is good but there's so many choices I have no clue what to get. For what I want to do, what do you suggest?
