Maybe someone out there can help me with this. I have decoded all of the numbers on my 70 cowl tag except for 2 sequences that I believe to be "accessory option codes." I have been unsuccessful in finding the right info on these codes. The first numbers appear on line 2 in between the trim codes and the paint codes. They read: B80 and B90. The other numbers appear on line 3 after the body build date code. they read:003717 060028. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You have an Atlanta built car. The B80 is for roof rail drip stainless moldings, and the B90 is really a mystery why it is on a hardtop car, but it is for door window trim bright moldings. Most every Atlanta built coupe I've seen has the code. The other two lines are Dep Seq no. from box 24 on the build sheet. They really don't do anything for you. Did you find the build sheet for the car? It should be on the back of one of the front door panels if they are original.
What is the date code from the cowl tag? I'm gonna guess 10C or 10D...

As Dave noted, the two sets of 6-digit numbers are really of no significance today but they're not "accessory option codes". Here's a photo showing an Atlanta trim tag and where the corresponding numbers are found on an Atlanta build sheet; from my web site page at http://www.chevellestuff.com/1970/tags.htm. Only real use today is IF you find a build sheet, it'll confirm it's to this car.
