I got my 66 back from the body shop and noticed that I have a problem with the trunk. A bunch of work was done including changing the roof structure, roof skin and one rear quarter. Now the trunk appears to be high in the front and the trunk seal leaks. At first I had the seal in wrong but was able to correct it with info from a tread on TC and it still leaks. I also had a problem with the hood high on one side in the back and was able to correct it from info here on TC. Has anyone had experience with correcting the trunck issue by bending the hinge or using shimming between the hinge and lid? The bodyman got himself in a jam and is not available to help me. Most everything turned out good but this is one of a few issues I need to get resolved. TC has been great for me as I have been doing the frame off on the 66.
Thanks
