If it's anywhere close to you, by all means go to NPD to pick up your metal. You can inspect it for dings before you leave. NPD also has great customer service. I did the same thing buying my metal from Ausley's, they delivered my stuff to my favorite car show and I knew what I had when I placed it in my truck.

 

I gotcha i had planned to use ausleys but looked at their floor pan the other day an it didn't have mounts for rear seat belts or rear seat lower mounts or anything not even holes for those seat belts. An I decided then I was going to use someone different . Sucks cause ausleys is like a hour n half from my house where npd is 3.5 hours from me one way . But I don't mind the ride

 

I live 100 miles from an NPD and go pick it up in person.
I have had no problems with their sheetmetal other than its not GM so it will need to be messaged like all repops

 

I bought my rear pan from OPGI and you are correct about all the holes and plates just like GM

 

I bought my trunk metal from NPD and it was US made, body guy said no problem installing it

 

I bought a hood made by Good Mark for a 1965 300 deluxe and PIcked it up at the NPD Michigan depot. God quality and fit. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

 

I bought a floor pan from NPD for a 68 elCamino (all elCaminos use a 64 to 67 chevelle floor pan) and it had the holes and reinforcements for the seat belts.
