We saw an apartment on craigslist that my daughter was interested in, so I emailed the guy. Here is what I got back. What do you think the chances are we would have heard from him after sending him the first months rent and the 500 dollar deposit? He did not send the application form but I am betting there is a section for banking information.

Thank you very much for your response regarding your interest in having our house for rent. The house is much available for now. I want you to know that I am the owner of this building situated at 16320 24th Street SW, Calgary, Alberta.
I am presently in London (UNITED KINGDOM) with my family due to my Job transfer, I work with the European Aviation Air Charter. After some few months I got a job transfer to United Kingdom for my Job relocation as a Senior Staff Manager about some weeks now, I now have to work with the European Union Aviation Air Charter in British Aviation Air Charter and also attached as a Pilot with the British Airways. I move to United Kingdom with know one living in my apartment due to my appointment letter was very urgent. So for that reason me and my family decided to lease the house out while we have the keys to the building right here with us.
I will like to inform you that it was due to my transfer that makes us to leave the house and also want to give it out for rent and looking for a responsible person that can take very good care of it as we are not after the money for the rent but want it to be clean at the time and the person that will rent it to take it as if it were its own. So for now, We are here in London (UNITED KINGDOM, Here in London, we have with us the keys and the lease documents to the building you wish to rent, we were trying to get an agent that is more reliable who we could give this documents before we left but could not get a reliable agent, so therefore, we don’t want our house to be used any how in our absent that is why we took the keys and the documents of my family house along with us.
We are only willing to give the home out to a lovely and caring family only, so if you know you cannot give the home the neatness it deserves, please don't contact me. But if you promise me to always take good care of our house, get back to me on how you could take care of our house or perhaps your experience in renting homes.
The apartment is well furnished with full utilities. The keys of the apartment are right here with me and I could send it to you after all necessary agreement has be accepted and signed into lease. I would also need your absolutely maintenance of the apartment and let me have the trust in you as I always stand on my word because that is the only valuable property I left behind. I wouldn't want any violation on my property if finally rented by you. The monthly rental fee is $850 per month including the utilities and the security deposit is $500 which is refundable back to you at the end of your stay if nothing is been damaged from my properties.
NOTE: that you are to fill out the APPLICATION FORM and also bear in mind that you are to pay for the deposit of $500 which will be paid first prior to the receiving the keys and the documents to the building in question.
