Got something random to say? Something meaningless? Post it here! Just be appropriate:D. Yea, yea, I know I must be really bored to come up with this idea:p. I'll start...

When I was in 7th grade, I put accidentally too much soap in the sink in home ec. class. It resulted in an accidental 3ft pile of bubble of suds.l:)

They have interesting stuff there and I looked at it but then stood back and looked at my house and my garage and it came to me - Its entertaining but also one of the best ways to bugger up and white trash your house. If I had a shop then maybe. But the house? oh brother....not until I move somewhere with a long driveway that allows one to drink and shoot rifles on your own porch. I will have to install several rusted engine blocks in the front yard along with a washer and dryer and a couple of busted strollers.

Got all my storm prep done this morning. Generator's full, got fresh ice in the coolers, bought some canned and dry goods, and a couple cases of water. UPS tracking shows my refrigerator part scheduled for a Wednesday delivery. Tropical storm seems to be heading straight at us. Already seeing some light rains from those outer bands.

Thought that was down graded to tropical depression? I changed the oil in my generator today and it has a full tank of gas. As long as it runs, water, ice, cooking, no problem. Other supplies like food are never a problem here, there is always some place open within driving distance.

Good luck Darren.

I went to the store last night for shoelaces and a 9volt battery and left with 6 bottles of shampoo, 5 sticks of antiperspirant deodorant, and a bottle of iced oolong tea. I didn't realize I forgot the two things I actually went to get until I woke up this morning. :clonk:

BTW I tend to stock up when I buy an item... I'm not overly sweaty and dirty.

I don't want to bust yer bubble but, Burma shave was created by a man named CLINTON ODELL in 1925, and his two son's name's were LEONARD and ALLEN.

Burma-Vita was an Odell family concoction, but they brought in someone from outside the family to develop Burma-Shave. Could very well have been Bryan's relative.

The Odell family owned the company but that doesn't necessarily mean they invented the product.

I'd def be interested to see if Bryan's relative really was the guy who invented the stuff, even though I never heard of it before this meaningless thread! lol.
I will look into what I have farther. Odell sounds a little familiar. This is interesting. I will start a new thread so we don't make this a meaningful thread all of a sudden.
