Ratios are: 2.64 1st, 1.75 2nd, 1.34 3rd, and 1:1 4th and no it doesn't have the nickel gears. OEM ST10's of that vintage (1975 through early 80's) had 8640 steel gears. Your Saginaw has a 27 spline output shaft vs. the ST10's 32-spline so you'll need a new slip yoke but be sure to get one that matches the size of the u-joints on your driveshaft. You probably have 1310 U-joints (1-1/16" dia trunions, 3-3/8" across). Yes, your driveshaft will have to be shortened but you should have the transmission in the car with the suspension loaded before you measure. Allow the yoke to be about 3/4" from being fully seated when you take your measurement for u-joint center-to-center on the shaft.
