I have a BBC in a 71 chevelle with Hooker comps and I have a question about a starter.
I threw a TCI starter(from my SBC) in just to be able to start the motor and now Im ready to buy one.
Right now the starter is right against the header tubes.I barely slid a piece of DEI heat wrap between them then tightened up the starter so Im guessing this wont work for long once I start driving the car.
Any ideas or suggestions recommendations????
